1. . Do you deliver?

   Yes

2. Is there a delivery charge?

   No we deliver to all suburbs of Perth and our prices include delivery, set-up, collection

3. How do we pay?

   Payments can be made by either cash, cheque or direct debit. Cheques to be paid 1 week prior to the event, direct debit 3 days prior and cash on the day.

4. Do the prices include GST

   Yes

5. Do you offer supervision?

   Yes supervision can be arranged at an extra fee.

6. Can the castle be delivered to a park?

   Yes, but you will need to contact your local shire to gain approval.

7. Can you supply an electrical generator?

   Yes the cost is $60 for a four hour hire.

8. What is the age limit for the castles?

   There is no age limit we have castles for all ages including adults. We do have a couple of toddle only castles for upto 9 years of age however the other castles can have all ages!

9. How many people can go on the castle at one time?

   No more than 10 children at any one time

10. Can you setup the castle on any surface?

    We can set up on most surfaces with the most ideal one been grass. Please discuss this with us when booking so we can arrange sand bags, extra ground cover, ect if required.

11. What space is required to setup the castle?

    The medium castles required a space of 4m x 4m, and the larger combos required 5m x 6m.

12. What if rain is forecast on the day of the hire?

    The castles are fine for light showers, however if heavy rain fail is forecast then you can cancel the castle without penalty 24hrs prior the hire date.

13. Do the castles have rain covers?

    Yes the castles have a built in rain cover which will protect most so they are great all year round!

14. Do you have insurance?

    Yes we have public liability up to $10000000.00.
